Your personal task list and lightweight planner for everything that isn't tied to a project — admin work, follow-ups, ideas, errands. Private to you.
Adding a task
Click + New task. Set:
- •Title — a short description of what needs doing
- •Due date (optional) — slots the task into the day, week, and month views
- •Priority — low, normal, or high (high tasks are flagged red)
Day, week, and month views
Switch between Day, Week, and Month at the top to see your tasks slotted by due date. Today is highlighted, and overdue tasks float to the top so they're hard to ignore.
Tip: Use the to-do list for things that don't belong in a project — tax submissions, calling SARS, reviewing your pricing, chasing a quote. Project-related work belongs on the project task board so clients can see progress.
Completing tasks
Tap the circle next to a task to mark it complete. Completed tasks move to a separate section so the open list stays clean. You can re-open a completed task or delete it permanently.
Privacy
To-dos are personal — nobody else in your workspace sees them, including the owner. Use project tasks if you need team visibility.
